We seek reliable tutors who are willing to follow our procedures carefully. Our reputation depends not only upon franchise management but also opon your qualifications, your knowledge of the Syllabus, your experience, your manner and professionalism. The minimum requirements are that you be an Undergraduate in a field of study relevant to enhancing the depth of your knowledge in subjects relating to the School Syllabus.
Since we provide private tutoring, as at-home tutoring, each student is tutored individually on a 1-to-1 basis usually of an afternoon or evening. You would be offered students in fairly close proximity to your home or workplace and then you arrange mutually convenient lesson days and times with the student personally. You are paid lesson by lesson by the student. In order to be offered students through our service, you would initially be required to attend an interview and provide a copy of your qualifications, references and identification. Tutoring is an occupation covered by Working with Children legislation so in States where Screening legislation is in force it is necessary that you sign off on the appropriate documentation. You tutoring for us is a commitment from you to provide students with quality tutoring - reliable, effective tutoring. You should enjoy your role as a Maths Tutor, English Tutor, Science Tutor, Primary Tutor - and enjoy enabling students to better understand their subject material as a result of your tutoring efforts. We believe that our management is an advantage to your role as a tutor. Our rates are competitive and we are well organised. When you are offered each student you will be informed of their particular requirements so you can choose to accept or reject any offers that are made to you.
