History
Action Coaching was established in Sydney in 1986 by Courtney Chevalier.
As a qualified teacher, Courtney recognised the market for a highly organised academic home tutoring service. After 10 years of successfully operating and expanding throughout Sydney, Franchising commenced in 1996. Currently Action Coaching is one of the largest home & private tutoring providers in Sydney, with home tutoring Businesses in Sydney, Wollongong and Canberra.
 
Our Service
We provide private tutoring for 1-to-1 academic home tuition for most subjects and levels from a Kindergarten level through to High School up to Year 12. As well, adults procure home tuition for a variety of subjects. We endeavour to provide highly suitable and reliable tutors through our thorough operational processes. Rather than choosing group tutoring, many parents prefer private, home tutoring on a 1-to-1 basis where their tutor can focus on the student's personal needs.
 
Your Role- working from your home office
Business owners work from the convenience of a home office enabling them the flexibility of being at home but still devoting quality time to the business. You do not teach, but fulfil a professional and an administrative role encompassing record management, interviewing tutors and matching them to clients, with care taken to do so quickly and efficiently. The tutors who provide the home tutoring are selected carefully.
 
The operating procedures are easy to learn and managing the business is personally and financially rewarding.
